This project aims to develop a monitoring system for vulnerable individuals living alone, leveraging IoT technology and artificial intelligence algorithms. Using sensors distributed throughout the home and a mobile application capable of measuring vital parameters without physical contact, the system will collect real-time data on the user’s activity and health status. This data will be processed by an intelligent platform that will generate recommendations for doctors and social caregivers, enabling continuous monitoring of patients with chronic illnesses or those in dependent situations. The solution prioritizes non-invasiveness and transparency in decision-making by applying paradigms such as Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI).
